The Five Star Solution: Workshops
The Five Star Solution includes a set of proprietary workshops specific to organizational roles. The Five Star process begins with a day-and-a-half workshop, where executive- or manager-level participants, guided by skilled Five Star Institute facilitators, incorporate the organization’s financial targets and strategic outcomes into their team’s goal sets. The end result is enabling the organization to deliver Promised Performance to customers, stakeholders and constituents.

- 1.5 day Manager-level Facilitated Alignment Session for team goals and actions
- Focus on organizational key outcomes/financial targets and understand how their division/department drives them

- 2 hour Online Self-Study for aligning individual actions with team goals & enterprise outcomes

At the end of the workshop, the participants will have crafted a one-page Performance Promise — a “goal set” of 10-12 high-level goals, actions, and outcomes to be accomplished in a year-long process. Each goal has an assigned Driver and Approver, and agreed-upon team-wide performance targets, concrete measures of success, and clear accountability.
