Allison Davis

Allison A. Davis is a seasoned professional with over 18 years in management consulting experience. Allison partners with business leaders to facilitate individual and organizational effectiveness clarifying the ideal future state, taking steps to accomplish goals and achieving sustainable business results. She consults with Fortune rated, private equity and small business executives and their leadership teams.

Allison has had a distinctive career in executive and organization development both as a consultant and corporate practitioner. She has worked as a senior leader for Stanley Works, Carvel, CIGNA, Aetna and Travelers. Roles she has held include VP HR, AVP Leadership Development, Manager Global Organization Development and Educator. In each role she has been responsible for internal organization effectiveness and client coaching where she helped build high performing teams and develop senior level talent and high potentials. Her results were published in the Corporate Executive Board for CFO’s.

Allison earned her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and is an adjunct professor within the school of business. She holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Penn State Smeal College of Business.


Ida Halasz

Ida Halasz, Ph.D., has over 25 years experience as an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Researcher. She has been an executive coach and assessment center consultant for the Federal Government's executive training program for several years. Ida directed two national professional training academies, one for the US Dept. of Justice and one for the Ohio State University prior to joining the private sector. As a trainer and facilitator, she has designed, developed, and conducted numerous programs to increase clients' ability to execute their sales, marketing, and production programs.

As VP of Marketing and Business Development for a high-tech company in the early 2000s, Ida increased sales by over 100% in her first year. Her team attained these results with a strategic and tactical plan that included marketing research to identify client needs, a new ad and PR campaign, 15 trade shows a year, and personal selling. Currently, she works with for-profit and non-profit organizations as a strategic planner, market/marketing researcher, and implementer of marketing and business development projects.

Ida earned her BS in Education from Youngstown State University and a MA in Education from Edinboro State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Education/Vocational Psychology from Ohio State University.


Sally Sparhawk

Sally has over 25 years experience in the training and development field with a specialization in delivering solutions to performance and training problems. She is the founder of Sparhawk Consulting, a management and human resource development consulting firm based in Snowmass, Colorado. Sally has alliances with global resources to provide organizational consulting, project management, and custom training programs. The goal of Sparhawk Consulting is to lead and work with teams on focused solutions to achieve the company’s desired results.

Sally’s client list includes: Abacus Direct Corporation, Aspen Skiing Company, Civic Alliance to Rebuild Downtown New York, Corning, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Frontier Corporation, J.D. Edwards & Company , Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Rochester Institute of Technology, Scudder Retirement Services and Shell Oil Company.

Sally earned her B.A. in Psychology, at Kent State University and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University.

Sally lives in Snowmass Village, Colorado where she was recently elected to the Town Council. She is enjoying using her collaborative and organizational skills for the benefit of her community. She is a Certified Ski Instructor (PSIA) and specializes in teaching skiing to children with Autism, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADD and Learning Disabilities.


Marian Thier

Marian Thier is President of Expanding Thought, Inc. a consulting, coaching and training firm specializing in leadership and strategy development through coaching, facilitation and seminars. She is also a sought after consultant and speaker on creativity and innovation.

Marian’s varied career, from being an on-air TV host and producer, college professor and dean, and founder of Expanding Thought has enabled her to think on her feet, learn constantly, observe what makes others tick, enjoy collaborating for results, present ideas, and be thrilled by life.

She has traveled the globe for companies such as Avon, Chase, Deloitte, DuPont, GE, Merck, Occidental Petroleum and does pro bono work for The World Human Rights Organization.

When not on the road, Marian can be seen whizzing about in her 1965 Austin Healey.
